• 75 Tons of Cutting Force
• Head Size – 25″ x 25″

• Cutting Stroke – 4″, adjustable.
• Cutting Surface – Polypropylene cutting pad & pad oscillator.
• Die Mounting – Manual die clamps in head of press, which includes a slug removal system with die support box.
• Hydraulic Oil – Type #46-AW Buyer to Supply
• Feed System – In & out Roll Feed System.
• Interlock – Press is equipped for interlocked (nesting) cutting of circles.
• Punch Press – Machine is capable of running in a punch press mode whereby the head remains stationary.

Includes four (4) synchronized motorized stops for mechanical restriction of stroke bottom to accommodate “kiss” cutting. Stops to be manually reset by recall through die memory.

Hydraulic System – Free standing unit; includes pump, valves,

independent kidney loop oil cooler, tank, etc. Unit will be low

profile type t. All hydraulic components will be labeled according to

the hydraulic schematics, allowing for easier maintenance.

Construction – Extra heavy duty weldment, box frame construction

sufficiently rigid to permit cutting against steel/”kiss” cutting,

subject configuration, type, condition and quality of die, make ready

and material backing paper thickness. The cutting head consists of four

(4) independent (from the hydraulic cylinder) power driven – stops rods

and (4) hydraulic cylinders with separate heavy-duty guide.

Operational – Allen Bradley Controls. Message display as well as

controls for head traverse, feed setting and programming for automatic

operation as well as controls for set-up. Including push button low

pressure die height settings, with automatic setting of stop rods

(display indication through touch screen).

Programming 

Continuous Cutting – Head moves automatically a pre-determined distance

to the next cutting position. Cutting stroke is then automatically

initiated, and the cycle repeats itself on a continuous basis, with a

feed cycle at the end of each row.
