High Speed – Kiss Cutting Presses – Model HS Series

Freeman Schwabe Kiss Cutting High Speed presses represent the latest technology and innovation to meet all production demands and budgets.

The High Speed or Kiss Cutting Presses use a high speed hydraulic system that will produce 100 cuts per minute with a 3/8” stroke and a ¾” feed distance which maximizes your productivity! Included is a servo motor positioning system that maintains positional accuracy of +/- 0.004” which can result in up to 20% material savings.

Stroke: 5.1”
Daylight: 1” – 6.1” – Measured from head to bed and does not include the height of the die, cutting surface and feed system.

They are simple to operate featuring Allen Bradley PLC controls (Siemens also available) complete with Ethernet connectivity and web camera for remote communication.

With 250 die memory storage as standard (more available upon request) setting up for a new job is very fast and simple. Password protection can also be enabled if restrictions are needed.

Easy to load and unload from side loading pneumatic die rails which makes tooling changes very fast and efficient. Features excellent operator visibility and very ergonomically friendly with simple operation.

Pneumatic adjustable die rails conveniently loaded and unloaded from the side of the Press.

For kiss cutting applications the press features four post centrally adjusted synchronized mechanical stops to ensure accurate cutting depth.

Infeed motorized material roll stand with air-shaft core clamp with lazy loop control minimizes material tension during feeding. The roll stand is also available without the air-shaft and lazy loop control
