The cutting belt vulcanizing channel facilitates the ease of installation of a new cutting belt.

The belt vulcanizing channel provides ample amount of space via a cut-out in the outfeed section of your Schwabe Press for placing a vulcanizing unit in a precise and repeatable fashion.

This allows the cutting belt installer the ability to easily slide their vulcanizing equipment into place for optimum belt sealing.

The belt vulcanizing channel is revealed with the temporary removal of two sheet metal components.
