Die Mounting – Six (6) fixed position pneumatic clamping cylinders located on the head of press lift and clamp into position, maximum weight of 4,500 lbs. Dies travel along robust lateral with hard end stop for accurate positioning every time.
Safety Features
Safety Guarding – Meets or exceeds all OSHA machine safety requirements including specification 1910.217(f) as interpreted by Manufacturer.
Type IV light curtain in front of the pick and place unit, in feed, and out feed sides of the press, total three (3).
Rigid extruded profile aluminum framework. Lexan panels around feed system/press, including various electrically interlocked access doors with OSHA compliant switches.
Head Safety Block – For working under the head of the press.

Side Die Load/Unload Capability
– Allows die to be easily loaded/unloaded from left side of Press from Customer supplied die cart. Dies will be able to be changed in equal to or less than 3 minutes. Improved Operator safety and speed. Does not require any overhead cranes, hoists, lifting gear, die attachments etc. Approx. 90” x 120” in size
