Dual Roll Powered Unwind System with Lazy Loop Sensors

Unwind is integrated with press PLC and can be operated through HMI. Also stand alone controls for manual activation.

Each roll driven independently by 7.5HP motor, with electronic brake, controlled by a variable frequncy drive for accurate positioning.

Material edge guide for accurate positioning of the material as it enters the machine.
Three lazy loop sensors for different applications. Prevents material from stretching and allows it to be processed in a relaxed state
