Manufacturing Process – Memory Foam Mats
Cutting three common sizes of Memory Foam Mats – 18×30 / 21×39 / 32×40
Mats are first run through a furnace to be heated prior to being die cut. Foam is then hand placed under the cutting head. Total cycle time ranges from 10 to 60 seconds.
Machine is designed for two operators. One on the in-feed side of the machine loading the mats, one on the out-feed side of the machine removing the mat and the scrap once cut.
