This new Dual Heated Platen Compression Press was custom built for our client who is a global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions.

Four post guided hydraulic beam press with two-cylinder hydraulic system – up acting.
Press working height approximately 36”

Platen Size (between posts)– 60”D x 120”W
Cutting Stroke – 17”, approximately. Fully adjustable
Daylight Between Platens – 20” (distance between heated platens; allows 20” for operator to pick and place material)
Stroke Control – Controlled by the Linear Transducer for precise position and control. Transducer allows the operator to make adjustments to the cutting stroke in increments of 0.001” for future applications

Controls
Panel Control – Allen Bradley PLC and touch screen operator interface (HMI) controls (menu driven).
Includes various production/maintenance reports (screens) menu driven as well as computerized diagnostics with Ethernet capability for online diagnostics/trouble-shooting. HMI to be mounted directly to the electrical
enclosure.
