The schoen+sandt “Sandwich System” Roller Press is ideal for cutting leather hides and multi layers of fabric. 

The Roller Press operates a “Sandwich System” passes the following 

• the lower plastic board 
• the leather hide 
• the cutting dies 
• the upper plastic board 

through two synchronized steel rollers

Therefore the leather hide is cut continuously. 

Different “sandwich” heights can be chosen individually for each preparation table. 

The “sandwich” height of each preparation table is controlled via photo sensor– this minimizes the wear of cutting dies and cutting boards.
